This Privacy Policy applies to the Ludo Social King mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Ludo Social King (“we”). It is provided as a public, non-editable HTML page so it can be linked from Google Play Console and the Meta App Dashboard.

1. Data we collect

• Account: Google sign-in name and email if you choose Google. Guest play uses a local/guest identifier until you sign in.
• Profile: Display name, avatar you upload, games won, coin balance, and match history needed to run tables.
• Gameplay: Room codes, table entry, chat messages you send, device language, and crash logs.
• Purchases: Google Play processes coin pack payments. We receive purchase tokens and product IDs, not your full card number.
• Advertising: Advertising ID, coarse device info, and ad interaction events from our ads SDK (for example Google AdMob) to show rewarded and display ads, measure ads, and (where allowed) personalize ads for users aged 13+.
• Website: Standard server logs (IP, browser) when you open these pages. We do not sell website form data.

2. How we use data

• Run matches, rooms, chat, shop, daily bonus, and anti-cheat / fraud checks.
• Show ads and measure whether a rewarded video was completed.
• Customer support and Play / Meta policy compliance.
• Improve stability (crash reports).

3. Sharing

We share data with:

• Google Play (sign-in, billing, store).
• Ads partners such as Google AdMob (and any mediation networks we enable) for ads serving and measurement.
• Infrastructure hosts for this website and game servers.
• Other players see your public nickname, avatar, and in-match chat — not your email.

We do not sell personal information. Ads partners may use identifiers as described in their policies.

4. Ads and children

The Service is intended for users 13+. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, email support@ludosocialking.com and we will delete it.

Because the app contains ads, the Play listing must show “Contains ads”. We will complete Play’s Data safety form to disclose advertising, analytics, and account data. Personalized ads are only for the declared age group; we will not set the Play target audience to include children while using standard rewarded ads.

5. Retention and deletion

Match logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the game and handle disputes. You can delete your account from the in-app Profile screen (Delete Account) or by emailing support@ludosocialking.com. We will delete or anonymize account data unless we must keep a record (for example a completed purchase or abuse report) as required by law.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for the website and encrypted transport for app APIs. No method is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact support@ludosocialking.com. You can also reset advertising ID in Android settings.

8. International transfers

Servers and ads partners may process data outside your country, including India, the EU, and the United States.

9. Changes

We will update this page and the “Last updated” date when the policy changes. Material ads or data changes will also be noted in the Play “What’s new” text where required.
